Great experiences with both orders

My parents ordered me the lucky cat ornament for my 30th Birthday and my boyfriend the lucky cat pendant (lucky me!)Although both orders were delayed (this was to be expected as this was a few weeks or so ago and in the height of brexit border madness) they were both updated on this and both came in time before my birthday. The only thing that could be improved was that we didn't realise the items were coming from Austria, this wasn't clear, so wasn't expecting the delays, but once we realised it was understandable as mentioned before.I did also have a bit of trouble ordering the pendant but I messaged Swarivski on Facebook and got a really friendly but professional reply, but by then I managed to sort it anyway.Everything was beautifully packaged and both items looked even better in person than on the website!Hopefully this puts people's mind at ease that not all experiences with this company are bad.

Credit where credit is due!

I ordered an item on behalf of my son for a Valentine’s gift on the evening of the 8 February. After the delivery date was confirmed, I subsequently received an email from TNT advising there would be a delay which concerned me as reading their reviews this can sometimes be an issue. I therefore contacted Swarovski by email & then decided to follow up the email with a phone call. I spoke to Mateusz at Swarovski & he was extremely helpful & reassured me that it would be with me on time & it was. It came within their advertised timescales! The ring is beautiful & came with lovely packaging too ready to be gifted! Thank you!

I wish I never ordered from here

I wish I never ordered from here! I spent over £200 on their website for a birthday gift. Was told it was being delivered 3 days ago, half way through the day I receive an email to say it’s stuck in transit and waiting on a new delivery date!!! Seems everyone has the same problem

Beautiful swan pendant

Love my new swan pendant! It took slightly longer to come as was stated on the site but was worth the wait! Looking forward to wearing it eventually when we can go out again, thanks.

Just wanted to thank the manager of the Bracknell shop for her excellent service. Last Christmas I accidentally got an extender fitting on my Nans bracelet and it ended up being miles too big, taking them back off wasn’t something they usually did, and it was something she hadn’t done before. However she spent ages fixing it for me, free of charge, even though it was my mistake. My Nan is absolutely delighted. Didn’t manage to catch her name but hope she sees this.

My large Swarvoski snowflake separated…

My large Swarvoski snowflake separated into 5 pieces. There is glue on the arm-center pieces where they attached forming a full snowflake; this glue has failed and my Snowflake came apart. I went to the Swarvoski site and tried to send a message (with and without a photo) to customer service. The message never would 'send/submit'. I tried several browsers with the same results. I am aghast and dismayed that my snowflake separated and I am not certain how to have it repaired or replaced by the company - it seems to be poor workmanship. In sorting around the internet, there are many complaints about this company's poor track record in attending to customers and making good on orders and replacements.

I hope the owner reads this as my experience to try and buy gifts for my wife were left high and dry at the hands of so called customer service who in my opinion dont deserve a job as they are loosing you money.these people do their utmost to prevent a sale rather than help as in the job title and will vote with my feet as zuzanne and wronowska have not made my experience a good one .I give one star as I can't give less

Possibly the worst customer service…

**UPDATE**So despite Swarovski replying to my feedback, I’ve still not received a response from them, and the email I sent on 22/10 has gone unanswered. Just sent ANOTHER chaser email. Possibly the worst customer service ever! Bought a pair of earring in April which I received at the end of that month, barely worn but stones have fallen out. Sent details via website ‘contact us’ page on 10th Aug. Heard nothing so Tweeted Swarovski. Received an email on 18th Aug from customer service. I replied, and then on 24th Aug I was asked to send photo’s, which I did on 04/09. I chased on 29/09 as I didn’t receive a reply. I then had to Tweet you guys AGAIN on 13/10 before I finally received an email reply. At this point I’m then told I need to return to a store for repairs. The nearest store is 30 miles away in a High risk tier town and I’m not prepared to take that risk. And I certainly don’t want them repaired now, I’ve been put off Swarovski for life after this farce!!! However, no one has bothered to reply to this email either, which I sent a week ago!!!!

This jewelry is not high quality

This jewelry is not high quality. The rings will turn your fingers green, and the bracelets and other items to not hold up. Like, a necklace will break if someone hugs you too hard. I do not recommend wasting your money.

Swarovski website was misleading!

After buying 3 items from a summer sale last Friday. I received an email on Sunday saying the sale would end in a few hours on same day. I therefore brought forward my X'mas purchases by ordering 3 more items. 2 days later, all my above 6 items are still on website being sold at exact same sale price as above. The above email was clearly misleading.When I challenged them, they emailed back in writing and still insisted the summer sale had ended. IT HASN'T!!! I have just checked every one of my 6 items purchased. All they need to do is by checking their own website!It's just going round in circles. Try to make them understand is like getting blood out of stone!

I made a return and didn't got a refund

I made a return and I emailed them, they never got back to me and my refund has not been done either. It has been 2 weeks already since the item was returned.--- Update ---After writing this review, Swarovski customer service contacted me directly and we were able to sort out the issue together, they were really communicative and friendly.I am leaving 3 stars because it was really hard to communicate with them before this review and I thought I was going to lose my money since they have several bad reviews already.Be aware that Swarovski Free Return policy doesn't cover track shipping so mainly the issue is that you never know if the item arrived to them or not which makes it very complicated. Fortunately, I was able to prof the item was sent and I got finally my refund.
